Polish Food Guide is a project created in collaboration with Edita Kalesinskaitė, a Lithuanian digital creator who runs one of the most fascinating English-language tourist profiles about Poland on Instagram.
The guide features the most popular dishes and products from Poland. It also includes insights into selected regional cuisines, restaurant recommendations, and Edita’s impressions and experiences related to Polish cuisine, all gathered during her numerous trips across the country.
The publication is illustrated with photos and has over 230 pages.
Polish Food Guide is nominated for the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2025 in the Eastern European category.
